Reports from area fishermen report good catches of bigger than average fish. I hope so. Working on boat after a long winter sit. Have waded the bank and caught two largemouth bass in the two pound range on a jig and little George lure. Lake up and entire shoreline flooded weeds at spawning time. Two years from now the crappie will be phenomenal.

Windy this morning and expected 20 to 30 so the lake will be dangerous. Will take a walk down the point and see if there are any fish along that shoreline. Otherwise, guitar and singing on the patio will be the order of the day. It aint all bad......
